I was able to get into my dream university with Can-Star’s University Prep program! Eddie helped me prepare for exams, made sure I had all the prerequisites for my program, and even helped edit my application essay! With Eddie’s help, I’m proud to say I’ll be attending McGill University this fall!

I was always around a C student, I was very lazy about my studies which wasn’t ideal. When I got to grade 11, I wanted to take my studies more seriously and once I began at Can-Star Academy, my grades went way higher. I participated in the IELTS after-class training. With intensive courses and high-intensity simulation tests, I raised my grade from 5.5 to 7.5! With Can-Star’s help, I met the admission requirements for the University of Victoria, and was accepted into my dream faculty!

Can-Star provided me with two free consultation classes on universities and offered me advice tailored to my particular situation. I was not at all familiar with the university application process. Having serious doubts as to whether I would be accepted by the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto, I had already decided to apply to a department with a lower standing. But after the teachers at Can-Star considered all aspects of my academic profile, they encouraged me to apply to Rotman, and helped me prepare the necessary documents. I gained invaluable experience and skills, such as what to wear, facial expressions, and room lighting. With the help of Can-Star, my dream came true, and I received offers from the University of Toronto, Western, the Business School of UBC and the Mathematics Department of Waterloo.
